Not just because of low resolution, but especially because of low frame rate; in this case a measly 10fps!

I'm sure this must originally have been digitised at something like 640x480 and 25fps.
If someone has a better, more watchable version of this great video then I'd be very grateful for it.

For anyone else who's listening and is interested; the human brain interprets signals from the eyes at about 25 images (frames) per second.
'High Quality' videos shot at 50 or more fps can safely be reformatted down to 25 fps without any noticeable loss of quality when played back at normal speed.
But when watching videos below that, the brain has no other info to work with and cannot fill the gaps between images.
That's why videos like DP-6, formatted at a measly 10 fps, appear jerky during playback, and no amount of reformatting is going to replace those missing frames!

Thanks deksels, for the info about DV28. Alas, I'm not in a position to buy any new stuff at the moment.
This will go on my list of nice things to get when the good times return.
